Our Co‑Founder Story: Built From Shared Experience and Love
Forever Family In Home Care was created from two powerful caregiving journeys. Eric Willis, Founder, opened this company after caring for his mother, who lives with dementia. Through that experience, he saw how overwhelming it can be for families to keep a loved one safe, comfortable, and independent at home. Eric knew families needed more than basic support — they needed care that felt personal, patient, and truly centered on dignity.
Angel, Co‑Founder, has spent more than 32 years caring for her loved ones and supporting individuals in the community. Her caregiving journey began at sixteen when she became the primary caregiver for her grandmother with dementia. Over the decades, Angel expanded her skills professionally, becoming a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Medication Aide, and CPR/First Aid Instructor. She has provided care for individuals living with dementia, Parkinson’s, mental health challenges, and those recovering after hospital stays.
Angel’s experience taught her that meaningful care is built through connection — supporting independence when possible, providing full assistance when needed, and always protecting quality of life. Eric immediately recognized that her approach matched his own values and the kind of care he wanted for his mother.
Together, Eric and Angel realized that their shar
ed caregiving philosophy was exactly what many families were missing. Their mutual love for their own family members — and the lessons learned through those journeys — inspired them to build Forever Family In Home Care.
Today, they lead the agency with one mission: to provide dependable, compassionate, non‑medical in‑home care that feels like family. Care that honors dignity, preserves independence, and supports each person in the comfort of their own home.

About Our Founder

Angel
Director
Angel Willis began his caregiving journey at sixteen, when he became the driving support for his grandmother as she faced dementia. This early experience brought understanding not only of Alzheimer's and neurological conditions but also the emotional realities families face when a loved one needs help. Over decades, Angel has served in many caregiving settings, developing expertise with dementia, Parkinson's, and mental health care while obtaining Certified Nursing Assistant and CPR/First Aid Instructor credentials. For Angel, caring for others is more than a job; it is a calling shaped by love and first-hand understanding. He established Forever Family In Home Care to ensure every client receives respectful, relationship-centered support—empowering them to maintain independence and dignity with compassion at the very core of every visit. Angel's vision is to provide the kind of care he wished for his own family—trustworthy, patient, and always personal.
